Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Training
The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course is the first significant update of the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course that Ken Schwaber introduced and shared in 2002. As in the original course, the framework, mechanics, and roles of Scrum are covered. The course then goes further by teaching students how to use Scrum to optimize value, productivity, and the total cost of ownership of systems and products. Students will learn through instruction and team-based exercises, and will be challenged to think on their feet to better understand what to do when they return to their workplaces.
Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) Training
The Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) program trains, assesses, and certifies Scrum developers working on a specific technology platform. The program includes a five-day course, an online assessment, and an industry-recognized certification. Each Professional Scrum Developer program targets a specific technology stack. At present, Scrum.org offers programs for Microsoft .NET and for Java.
Professional Scrum Team Member Training
The Professional Scrum Team Member course is a rigorous two-day course offered to solidify the core principles of Scrum for individuals or teams. Common missteps in the adoption of Scrum have been seen over and over again across industries, companies, and teams. Rather than coaching teams back from a poorly functioning Scrum implementation, PSTM exposes these common missteps, increases the awareness of the associated symptoms, and provides prescriptive guidance to avoid going off track.
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Training
The Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) program teaches people how to maximize the return on investment (ROI) and optimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of products and systems. Agile Product Ownership today requires more than knowledge of how to write a User Story or manage a Product Backlog. Professional Product Owners need to have a concrete understanding of everything that drives value from their products. The PSPO course helps students develop and solidify this understanding - from early stakeholder management to release planning and delivery.
Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) Training
The CSQA Common Body of Knowledge® (CBOK®) skill categories have been selected to address the challenges faced by today's software testers. The QSI course is a live, facilitated discussion and presentation of the ten CBOK® skill categories. The course reinforces current knowledge, re-introduces concepts that may not be used every day, explains the rationale for use, and highlights both multiple choice and essay-type sample examination questions and responses. The CSQA candidate should have a working knowledge of the information in all skill categories and will be examined on all ten CBOK® categories. This course provides a background of the IT testing fundamentals and also includes the more advanced concepts, which the Certified Software Quality Analyst must understand. The completion of this course along with the necessary practical experience and related resource familiarity will help prepare the candidate for the CSQA examination.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Training
The PMP exam is the standard professional certification for Project Managers (PM). PMP Preparatory Training provides students the required number of contact hours to take the PMP exam. The class focuses on the history of project management, theory, ethics, and all nine areas if the Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMBOK®). Tips, techniques, and assistance completing the exam application are provided.
Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) Training
The CBAP exam is the standard professional certification for Business Analysts (BA). The class focuses on preparing students for the CBAP exam, and providing real world skills BAs can utilize in their jobs. Tips, techniques, and assistance completing the exam application are provided. The class focuses on the history of business analysis, theory, ethics, and the six knowledge areas of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®).
