QSI is seeking a motivated MCSE Network Engineer to maintain and deliver seamless and consistent communication and collaboration services to QSI’s client base as part of a project team. The selected candidate will plan and coordinate information technology related software, equipment installations, moves, additions, changes and system enhancements to improve reliability and performance of Microsoft Lync Server 2010 systems.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
•    Support, optimize and maintain Microsoft Lync Server 2010 infrastructure with high availability.
•    Develop, implement and deploy Microsoft Lync Server 2010 strategies and architecture to support QSI’s client needs.
•    Collaborate with other IT technical teams to define and develop documented procedures; implement service and system monitoring and alerting; provide extended support.
•    Recommend and document infrastructure improvements.

•    Experience in Network environments: DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, SMTP, Firewalls.

Client Manager Liaison

•    Recruit candidates based on both hard & soft skills.

•    Perform in depth, in person, interviews that probe for both strengths and weaknesses.
•    Obtain sole representation of candidates and written contingent offers.
•    Manage and format resumes of owned candidates & consultants.
