Description: In this presentation we will look at the Agile adoption process for a small software company, which after some experiments settled on using Kanban to manage projects at a macro level, combined with using Scrum for some of its development teams.  We will cover the evolution of a Kanban board over a 3 year period and discuss rationale behind the board changes.  We will discuss lessons learned during this process, what worked well and what didn't, and discuss opportunities for future improvements.  The presentation will explain the basics of Kanban and touch on some more advanced topics.
