How it Works:

  • QSI contributes stock to the employee’s account at no cost to the employee
  • Stock price is dependent upon the profitability of the company

To qualify for stock an employee must:

  • Be employed for 6 months
  • Work +1000 hours in the calendar year
  • Be employed on December 31st of the year
  • 6-year vesting schedule for ESOP shares (0% vested the first year then 20% vested per year for the next 5 years)
