Based on years of successful experience, our recruiters have a few tips to help you ace your interview:
-
Make a favorable first impression by dressing appropriately, arriving on time (or, even better, ten minutes early), and being friendly and courteous to everyone you meet.
-
Drive the route a day or two ahead of time to save yourself the stress of getting lost on the day of your interview.
-
Offer a firm handshake to your interviewer at the beginning and end of the interview. During the interview, maintain eye contact and keep your answers to the point. Talking too much is ill-advised.
-
Think of some interview questions you may be asked (or let our recruiters help you) and prepare your answers ahead of time.
-
Come armed with questions to ask your interviewer once you have answered all his/her questions. These questions should convey your interest in the company, your eagerness to add value, and your concern for the clients welfare, not your own.
-
After the interview, send a courteous note thanking your interviewer for his/her time and, if you’re interested in the position, re-confirming your interest.
Our recruiters have even more tips to share – and more ways to help you put your best foot forward. From fine-tuning your resume to helping you prepare for your interview, our recruiting team is here for you.
